How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is $5.99. Delivery fees are also subject to increase if you live an unusually long distance from the restaurant which you are ordering from. If your restaurant subtotal is $50 or more, the delivery charge is $4.75 and an automatic 15% gratuity is charged for the driver's tip.

Currently our delivery system is set up by zip code. If you live in any one of the following zip codes you are eligible for delivery from

How do I change an order after I've already placed it?
If you need to add or subtract an item from an order, or change any other information regarding your order, you will need to call us. If you need to make drastic changes, it might be easier for you to place a second order and have us cancel the initial one.
How do I confirm that my order has gone through?
When your order is placed you should see a thank you screen that gives you the option to view a text based version of your order. Click here for a sample. If you entered an e-mail address with your information, you should also receive an e-mail receipt that you can print or save. If you do not see a thank you screen or did not receive an e-mail and think you should have, feel free to call us to confirm that your order went through.
What are my payment options?
We provide several payment options to choose from. You can pay cash to the driver when they arrive with your food. You can also pay online with a credit or debit card.
Do I have to use my credit card online? uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure your transactions are safe, but if you would rather give us your credit card information over the phone, place your order as a cash order and then call us to let us know you need to change your payment method.
Do you have a delivery minimum?
For most restaurants the subtotal needs to be at least $15 before you can place your order.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
It takes 45 to 75 Minutes to deliver an order if you choose a delivery time of Soon as Ready. If you choose for your order to be delivered at a specific time, your order must be placed at least one hour before that time.
Please note:
during peak delivery times and inclement weather, additional time may be required.
How long in advance can I place my order?
You can place your order anywhere from one hour in advance to days or even weeks in advance.
I have a coupon code (or gift certificate), how do I redeem it?
You must redeem your gift certificate code when you are filling out the information form of where you want your food delivered too. In the Box that says "Promotion or Gift Certificate Code." You merely put in your code then click validate and select the amount you want to go towards your order.
