- Optional Customer Account / Order Management
We plan on implementing an optional customer account program (similar to our corporate accounts). The
customer’s delivery information will be
stored to make the ordering process faster and easier. Participating customers can also update their orders in certain situations, view their order history, and
replace an identical order they may have placed in the past.

With our preferred processor First Data we are fully capable of providing for your Credit Card processing needs.
Whether you prefer a simple payment gateway or require a more complex solution using First Data's API, Quikdine.com can provide the solution!
If you already have a processor we can also provide the custom integration which would be required to facilitate the communication between our server and theirs.
- Upgraded Dispatcher Map Locator
We currently use approximation techniques (linear regression and aggregate averages) to
calculate coordinates used in the dispatcher map locator. While current techniques realize accuracies
of roughly ±1/3mi, utilizing more rigorous algorithms
will yield vector-graphic quality results1.
- Real-Time Delivery Fee Calculation
We intend to use the revised map locator as the basis for a new
shopping cart feature that will determine an order's
delivery fee on the basis of the actual distance between the delivery and target restaurant
locations.
- Expanded Email Management Capabilities
Our goal is to create a sophisticated email management tool that allows an individual to create html-based
email (i.e. includes graphics & color layout) without the need for training in web development.
- Expanded Automated Report Generation
We plan to implement auto-generated analysis of customer ordering habits (e.g. order frequency,
day of week, time of day, amount, etc.). This plan includes analysis of each restaurants' order activity
(repeat customers, new customers, order item frequency, etc.).
Quarterly revnue summaries based on actual billing records are also planned.
