Each menu is created using custom graphics patterned after the restaurant's logo.
Style sheet properties are used to match as closely as possible the
font style(s) of the restaurant's menu.

The options associated with individual items can be
as simple as a single radio button group, or a combination
of radio groups and checkboxes with multiple interdependencies.
