- The Call-In Interface is used by Quikdine employees
to place orders for customers who call our local number
or fax us their order. It uses the same system as
the web site but features a stripped down, non-linear
interface.
- This interface allows customer information to be set either manually for new customers, or recalled from old orders by entering the customers phone number, e-mail address, or street address. Orders can be flagged as tests, fax information can be viewed, and all aspects of the order can be changed at any time before the order is submitted.
- Similar to the offline cart, the Call-In interface
allows for whole restaurant menus to be viewed on
the same page for quicker access to the different
menu items.
