  • Quikdine dispatchers use dual monitors, one of which is used to display a map of the delivery area and on which delivery orders appear automatically at the site of the delivery destination.
     
  • Several options are available to the dispatcher:
    • The driver assignment display may be turned On/Off.
    • Target restaurant display may be turned On/Off.
    • If an order does not display correctly due to a customer "typo", the dispatcher may edit the order's address parameters (e.g. street name, etc).
