- Generation of billing begins with a listing of all orders
placed through a particular account (a single restaurant account may
contain multiple store locations).
- The operator has the discretion to remove a particular order from
billing consideration. If the operator has dispatch administrator privileges,
he or she may perform order adjustments (discussed earlier) if necessary.
- Unusual circumstances also allow for the addition of a one-time charge
(i.e. a billing amount which is not considered "routine" or likely to be repeated
in the future).
