Dispatcher:
- Seldom is a delivery order "standard". To deal with real-time changes, a dispatcher has the flexibility to adjust virtually every aspect of an order.
- Each adjustment performed by a dispatcher is recorded in a log file that is only available to the highest level site-administrator.
Map Locator:
- Quikdine dispatchers use dual monitors, one of which is used to display a map of the delivery area and on which delivery orders appear automatically at the site of the delivery destination.
- Several options are available to the dispatcher:
The driver assignment display may be turned On/Off.
Target restaurant display may be turned On/Off.
If an order does not display correctly due to a customer "typo", the dispatcher may edit the order's address parameters (e.g. street name, etc).

After viewing the overview, more detailed information can be accessed with a single click and PDF invoices are automatically created for easy printing and billing.
Revenue Statistics:

Allows administrators to view a breakdown of revenue totals for each month. Monthly fees, percentages, related delivery fees, cash, check, and online payment amounts are displayed for each restaurant. Order averages, total number of orders, and revenue totals (with and without tax) are shown for all the restaurants combined.
Demographic Statistics:

The Top Order Statistics tool reports QuikDine’s most active personal and corporate accounts by frequency of orders and by order amounts. The tool also shows which local zip codes bring in the most orders.

Corporate Revenue Statistics show all corporate accounts that have placed orders in a given month, the details of those orders, and totals for all corporate accounts.
Time Clock and Payroll:
- QuikDine.com’s software takes the trouble out of keeping track of hourly wages. Although primarily for drivers, our time clock and payroll reporting tools work for any employees paid hourly.
- The time clock also keeps track of which drivers are currently working any given shift, so that only they appear on the dispatcher screen, regardless of whether they are paid hourly or not.
Menus:
- Each menu is created using custom graphics patterned after the restaurant's logo. Style sheet properties are used to match as closely as possible the style of the restaurant's menu.
- The options associated with individual items can be as simple as a single radio button group, or a combination of radio groups and checkboxes with multiple interdependencies.
Shopping Cart:
- The shopping cart updates dynamically to reflect changes in the order and how those changes affect the different costs.
- Customers can add non-restaurant products to their order with the point-of-sale system. The drivers keep any products designated as “specials” in their cars so they are always ready to deliver.
